Scrappy Needs a Home

My name is Scrappy. I'm a 4-month-old Manchester Terrier that was transferred from an Up North shelter. I was turned in there by my owner but the staff has no idea why. I'm a very playful, active puppy that is going to need lots of daily exercise. I am also going to need to be house trained and learn basic commands. I would do well with kids over age six. I am very wiggly and will hurt myself if someone is holding me and I jump down. I would do well with other animals in my next home and should have something to keep me from running away when I'm outdoors.
