Ladies Night Out Plus More Tips For the Week Ahead

Here are four tips to help fuel your week in Brighton.

It's Monday, and that means we've put together this list of things going on in Brighton to help make your week a little brighter, easier and more fun. For a full list of things to do this week, look at the Patch calendar of events.

1. Holiday happenings

Ladies Night Out in downtown Brighton is Thursday, December 5 p.m. from 5 to 11 p.m. Plan to make a night of it and stay at one of the area’s hotels offering discounts during this event. 

2. How to help
Monday dec 2nd from 5-9pm toys for tots will be at Tomato Bros. Restaurant collecting new unwrapped toys for the less fortunate kids in the community. As a thank you Tomato Bros. will give you a $15 gift card to be used on your dinner that night only. 

3. At the library
Awaken your child's imagination with creative storytelling, rhythm and rhyme, fingerplays, stories and more. Get ready to move and interact with your child! For children of all ages and their caregivers. Free ticket available 15 minutes prior to the program.

4. For your information
On Dec. 3 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. the 2/42 Community Church will host a workshop that has been taught in local colleges, community centers and universities across the Metro Detroit region. We have held over 200 workshops with thousands of attendees. The goal is to make you the most well-informed homeowner and home buyer.
