Blood Drive at Studio West Plus More Tips for the Week Ahead

Here are five pieces of information to help fuel your week in Brighton.

Work Skills Corporation is holding its second annual blood drive at Studio West Monday, July 8th. If you would like to sign up to donate please visit http://www.redcrossblood.org/make-donation-sponsor and insert sponsor code WorkSkills, to pick a time slot that is available.

4. For your information
Maple Tree Montessori Academy of Brighton is donating a one-year preschool tuition to benefit LACASA’s child abuse programs and services. That means one local family will have the opportunity to enroll their child at Maple Tree Montessori Academy and help protect children at the same time.

5. Save the date
On Tuesday, RetakeOurGov welcomes Mr. Gary Beckner, Executive Director of the Association of American Educators (AAE), to its July meeting.  AAE is a professional organization for educators, somewhat similar to the American Medical Association (for doctors) or the State Bar (for lawyers).
