I picked up my watch today and they were late to open the store. This isn't surprising because, from what I can tell, they do everything LATE. I dropped off my watch ($600 watch) for repair on May 9th. I stopped by in June to see if it was done. Nope. They hadn't gotten to it yet. In the beginning of July, I left a message - no call back. In the beginning of August I stopped in to check on it. They said they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet, but promised to get right on it. Five days later, they called to say they wouldn't be able to repair it (broken crown and band). I picked it up today, and at first, they coudn't even find it. They didn't even make any attempt at fixing my watch. I could see if they couldn't fix it, but 3+ months, no calls, and no apologies later I still have an unworking watch. If I would have known immediately they couldn't (or didn't want to) fix it, I would have taken it somewhere else. That is my recommendation to you. Take it somewhere else.
