Brighton City Hall
810-227-1911
Brighton City Hall is located downtown on the beautiful Mill Pond, surrounded by public art. The building functions as the heart of the city, housing the offices of City Clerk, City Manager, Community Development, Human Resources and Finance. It's the go-to place for residents seeking building permits, tax information, public housing records, voter registration, and information on assessments, inspections and zoning. The city's part-time, seven-member City Council meets in the City Council Chambers, as do the Planning Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Principle Shopping District, the Downtown Development Authority, the Arts and Culture Commission, and the March Board of Review.
