Was very ify moving here but they are wonderful. There are alot of chances being done to improve this park. The management is wonderful and the neighbors are ok. I've been in other parks and when it comes to maintenance help this park has it. I would recommend fist time buyers to move here there is no games. This park is just a diamond in the rough

0 Stars, This place is literally the lowest of the low, the kind of trailer park you would see on Cops. If you have no where else to go, they can put a roof over your head, but otherwise it's awful. There is a ton of drug traffic at all hours of the night, people wandering the streets drunk and high and knocking on random doors. The drunk living at the front of the park walks his dog and goes right up to strangers doors and tries to get them to pay him for lawn care or to take him up to the store to get booze, even after repeated attempts to get him not to come back. A woman was almost raped in the back of the park last year. A lot of the trailers have been pulled out in the back, so it's all barren and looks awful. Half of the trailers they're trying to sell as fixer uppers are in such bad condition, so full of mold and insects, that they should be condemned. Not to mention they've had a lot of problems with theft and vandalism, including several taggings of the mail boxes with red spray paint, yet the management won't even replace any of the burnt out streetlights. NO NO NO stay far away.
