Had the Burroughs Smoked chicken yesterday it came out in one minute. It was the best I ever had. It was smoked over three hours in a 215 degree rotisserie smoker. Then kept in a warming cabinet @ 170 degrees. The meat was so tender with just the right amount of smoke flavor. I know for a fact that Burroughs do not use microwaves on their chicken. And people like peter should learn how to cook or keep eating at Mc Donald's.

Had dinner there last Friday night. Ordered the half chicken, two sides. I was surprised to get it in about 2 minutes - faster than McD;s! Unfortunately I wished I had gone to the burger join instead. In order to get my chicken dinner to me in two minutes means they either knew I was coming and what I planned to order. Not the case, as it was obvious that they microwaved the food prepared earlier, half was warm, half room temp at best. This is disappointing as BT was good at the start, but like many good restaurants that start out good, they cut costs, take short cuts, service goes down, and customers go else where. Too bad - really used to like it.
