To Peter James, I'm sorry I believe you have the wrong company, or your just false posting. I’m betting on the latter. We don’t have any customers with your name, and we don’t have any invoices around the beginning of May for just over $200. We never perform any repairs unless approved and have a good system in to track this information. If you really do have an issue I apologize and ask that you call and speak with me, actually if you are faking this post because you’re a competitor I’d ask you to man up and call me too. Couldnt fix a computer if their lived depended on it. Took my machine in and they NEVER called with an update, instead they called and said it was done, got there and the bill was over $200 of which I NEVER approved. Got the machine home and it runs like CRAP, will find a reputable company to correctly repair it!!!
I think they do a great job. have taken 3 of my PC's there with no ill effects
