On Friday, April 26, 2013 at approximately 8 am, I put a $10 bill into the left side of the coin dispenser, and received no quarters in return. In an attempt to get help I dialed the number listed on the door of the building ((810) 227-7010) several times and got a busy signal. I went online to see if there was another contact number but could not find one. I then decided to read the one review on website and saw that another person lost money in the auto drive thru machine and was not able to get in contact with anyone to receive their money back. I have used this facility before and have had no other problems with coin machine or car wash.
