Excellent, Mark is very knowledgeable about many tools and techniques. The store is a little bit cluttered, typical of a store with many lines of tool merchandise, and similiar to the undersized Livonia store. The Howell store has most of is necessary in quality power tools. No clearance tables of knock off junk. If they don't have it, Mark will get it quickly. Good selection and reasource for Stihl equipment.
