I spent $600 on a Brother MFC9460 laster jet printer...bought their extra service plan on 7/13/11 and as of today 8/8/11 the printer is smoking and the quality is horrible...it is probably just a bad printer, but it's not that they wanted to take care of me at all. Renee, the "manager" sent me to the warranty company and would not exchange (is all I wanted) the printer. IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN 30 DAYS....I will absolutely never shop at Staples again. I have a printer I cannot use and have to deal with a warranty company that is giving me the big run around...POS...I should have never bought from Staples...I will not do it again, learned my lessen. IF this was Sams or Costco...not a problem, they have a great return/exchange policy..they take care of their customers...DON'T SHOP AT STAPLES...they only sell...no customer service.
