If a negative star amount was available, I would choose that! I was in need of a new pair glasses and short on cash. I found a Groupon for SVS Vision and thought I'd give it a try, how bad could it be?! Here's how... The staff members, including the store manager who felt cussing was appropriate while interacting with customers, are rude, always rushed (huffing and puffing if you're not making decisions as quickly as they would like), have no regard for privacy (discuss your personal information with one another from across the office for all to hear), and make it very clear that they are just there to get a paycheck and/or possibly a bonus/commission with all the useless add-ons they try convincing you that you can't do without!
