Bagger Dave's, Children's Leukemia Foundation of Michigan Join Forces

Stop by the burger chain's Brighton location to show your support for the 2013 Hearts of Hope campaign.

Diners at Bagger Dave’s during the month of February can participate in the Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan’s 2013 Hearts of Hope campaign. Money raised through the sale of $1 pin-up hearts at the burger chain's Michigan locations – including Ann Arbor, Berkley, Bloomfield Township, Brighton, Cascade Township, East Lansing, Grand Rapids, Holland, Novi and Shelby Township – will be used to help support families dealing with blood diseases. Diners can write a personalized message on each heart they buy, all of which will be displayed at the restaurant. “We are proud to offer our support to the children and families that benefit from the Children’s Leukemia Foundation,” said T. Bagger Dave's' Create Your Own Legend menu option really hit the spot.

As one of Brighton's newest residents, I'm finally getting to know the people, the businesses and now it's time for my favorite part - getting to know the food. So each week, I'll share my discoveries with Brighton Patch readers. This week, my husband and I stopped for lunch at Bagger Dave's. It was our first time eating at the chain, and while looking over the menu, I saw something that really appealed to me: "Your burger is like your fingerprint. No two are exactly the same. To go against your burger DNA is something the laws of nature won’t put up with, and neither will we here at Bagger Dave’s."
