Nothing says Christmas like gathering the family to watch your favorite holiday movie while enjoying a nice cup of hot chocolate.
Let me start by saying - I love hot chocolate. So, when I saw this recipe for Polar Express Hot Chocolate on the blog Honey & Fitz I knew I had to make it. Don't be afraid when you see the ingredients - this is a decadent, rich, flavorful hot chocolate. Sorry, but it's not healthy. However, making this on Christmas Eve could be the start of a wonderful tradition and indulging in something as wonderful as this hot cocoa once a year won't hurt.
