Downtown Brighton Prepares for Music, Summerfest Sales This Weekend
The Third Annual Brighton Americana Music Festival and Summerfest Sidewalk Sales will be held Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Third Annual Americana Music Festival and Summerfest Sales event will return to downtown Brighton on Friday and Saturday. The event, sponsored by the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce, is a collaborative event that draws thousands of visitors with the sounds of bluegrass and country music while showcasing local businesses during with sidewalk sales. The festival will run 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. both Friday and Saturday, with sidewalk sales beginning in the morning and music performances beginning at 7 p.m. in the municipal parking lot near City Hall.
