The perfect meal for a cold day, this stew tastes even better warmed up the next day.
There is nothing I love more than a good stew, so when I was going through all my wedding gifts and organizing my new cookbooks, I decided to take a break and look for a new recipe to try. With this most recent cold snap, I've been craving a hearty stew. My new French cookbook has a wonderful recipe that allowed me to use up a bottle of wine that's been sitting on my counter for months (I'm not a wine person) and also satisfy my tastebuds.
