ReplyWell you're not the first person we've met with a cake addiction! I like the sweet treats myself on occasion. I think the best way to start eliminating the items you know are not helping your diet is to get them out of your house. If they are always around, you are just torturing yourself by constantly testing your will power. It's not easy, but if not it's not on hand it will be harder for you to give in. It's OK to treat yourself once in a while. So go out and split a piece of cake with a friend. Just don't have it in your home. Hope this helps! :-)

ReplyWell, you aren't the first person whose told us they can't resist their favorite treats whatever that may be. I would start by saying get the temptations out of your home! There is nothing wrong with treating yourself once in a while but if you have it handy you're just torturing yourself by constantly having to test your will power. It's not easy but it will be harder to splurge if it's not on hand. Let me know if I can help.

ReplyHI Michell,
Great job on all the cardio!!! I highly recommend adding strength training to your fitness routine. Strenght train at least 2 times per week, cardio 3-5 days and of course a proper diet. If you have all 3 areas working for you, you'll see that belly fat diminish.
