Using his own version of a "Dummies" book, Joshua Stockbridge proposed to his girlfriend Mikayla Zapfe with the help of store employees at the Brighton Barnes and Noble.

"He placed it in our Dummies section near the business books, at a level that would cause him to go down on one knee," according to Barnes & Noble Community Relations Manager Maria Kelly. "Inside the fake book, Josh made an insert that perfectly held the box with a beautiful engagement ring."

After the lovely bride-to-be said yes, Kelly says that the "sweet" young man had even planned for a table set up in the store's Cafe restaurant, the same location where the two had met one year ago.
