Brighton Art Guild Art Harvest Exhibition Award Winners Announced

The Brighton Art Guild hosted the Art Harvest Exhibition Artist Reception Saturday at the Howell Opera House. Art Harvest is an annual juried fine art exhibition open to students and adults in Ingham, Livingston, Oakland and Washtenaw counties. Award winners were announced at the reception.

ADULT AWARDS

Best of Show:  Carole Skog, ‘Grand River and North’

Janet Shoemaker Award:  Sarah George, ‘Untitled-2’

First Place, 2D: Beverly Koivunen, ‘Solistice’ and Dean Rogers, ‘I Turn the World to Ice’

First Place, 3D: Sean Barber, ‘Ocean Side Treasure’

Second Place, 2D:Wan Chuan Kesler, ‘Red Chandelier’ and Pamela Stoddard, ‘Reinforcement #4’

Second Place 3D: Madeline Navarro, ‘Stunning’

Special Juror’s Award:  Ron Wright, ‘Rusty Wheel’

Honorable Mentions:  Mary Kondraciuk, ‘Caviart'; Darlene Mowatt, ‘Rentz’s Farm Field’; Annmarie Stanesa, ‘Hearts of Blue’; Donald Bego, ‘Dolors’
