3. Brighton Area Networking Group Meeting
The Brighton Area Networking Group (BANG) meets today at 8:30 a.m. at Two Brothers Coffee. The group is made up of area job seekers and business leaders who meet weekly to discuss job opportunities, business, investments, trends and current events. The goal of the group is to enhance the financial well being of the membership.

4. Cuts for a Cure
Salon Silhouettes at Boardwalk will host its annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Cuts for a Cure on Friday, Oct. 12th from 3-8pm. All haircuts are a minimum $20 donation. Enjoy food, beverages, door prizes, and raffles from area businesses. All proceeds go to The American Cancer Societys' Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
