1. Golf Conditioning and Skill Clinic

  • When: Wednesday, April 10, 2013, 7:15 pm
  • Where: Hamburg Fitness Center & Camp, 8540 Hamburg Rd, Brighton
  • What: Join Eric Martin, PGA Professional with Lakelands Golf & CC, and Beth Rzendzian of EverFit Personal Training this season at the Hamburg Fitness Center. This golf clinic is designed to help you bring your physical fitness and golfing technique “back up to par” just in time for golf season. Learn training techniques for hitting the ball this season with strength and ease while reducing chances for pre-season injury.

2. Relay for Life Dine-to-Donate @ Mexican Fiesta

  • When: Tuesday, April 9, 2013, 11:00 am
  • Where: Fiesta Mexican Restaurant and Cantina, 10016 Highland Road, Hartland
  • What: The Hartland Mom Relay for Life team is hosting a fundraiser at Mexican Fiesta restaurant! 10% of your guest check will be donated to our relay team on that day. Members of the Hartland Mom's Relay for Life Team will also be selling feet and luminaria bags during the fundraiser.

3. Brighton Optimist Essay & Oratorical Scholarship Winners

  • When: Thursday, April 11, 2013, 7:30 am
  • Where: Grand River Grill, 2394 Genoa Business Park Dr, Brighton
  • What: Today's meeting will feature presentations by our Essay and Oratorical Contest winners. This will be a 'tune-up' opportunity for the Oratorical winners who move on to the Regional competition later in the month.  In addition to the Club's scholarship, if they win the District competitions they will receive another $2,500 in scholarships!
