Video: Creating the Perfect New Year's Eve Martini
Brighton's very own Downtown Main Martini Bar & Grille offers up a delicious drink recipe to welcome 2012.
Lindsay Palizzi, owner of , is the mixologist behind all of the establishment's delicious flavored drinks, according to her husband, Nick Palizzi.
Just in time for New Year's Eve celebrations, Lindsay Palizzi is sharing one of her newest creations: You're Gonna Want S'more. The martini is made with Smirnoff's fluffed (marshmallow-flavored) vodka.
For the recipe, you'll need:

- Crumbled graham cracker
- Cherries
- 2 parts marshmallow-flavored vodka
- 2 parts white Creme de Cacao
- 1 part Godiva Milk Chocolate liqueur
Use a cherry to coat the rim of your glass, then dip it into the crumbled graham crackers. Use a shaker filled with ice and pour in the correct amounts of liquor. Shake the drink until chilled. Serve and enjoy!
