Week in Review: City Bond Issue Explored, Mill Pond Memorial and Excelda Site Plan Approved

Here is what you might have missed in Brighton news this week:

• On Wednesday, we reported that Brighton City Manager Dana Foster was holding focus group meetings to determine whether city residents and business owners would support a bond issue on the November ballot. 

• Also on Wednesday, we introduced you to one of the newest downtown Brighton businesses: Dolled Up Make-Up Studio & Lash Bar.
