Brighton's Hosts Farm to Table Event Under Full Harvest Moon

Tickets are available at the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce for Brighton's Farm to Table Experience.

With a full harvest moon providing the "backdrop" for Brighton's first Farm to Table Experience, Pamela McConeghy, President of the Greater Brighton Chamber of Commerce explains that the event is "an outdoor dinner tied into the harvest."

The dinner will take place on Sept. 21 at 6 p.m. on th grounds of the Greater Brighton Area Chamber located at 218 E. Grand River Ave. In a new YouTube video promoting the event, McConeghy explains that seating is limited with only 200 spots available.

Tickets are $60 and will go towards the Brighton Farmers’ Market, as well as donations to the Livingston County Hunger Council.

The menu, created by Steve Pilon, the Executive Chef and part owner of The Wooden Spoon will also feature the efforts of Flex Tech culinary arts students who will also be helping to serve the meal.
