The Township Board awarded a sidewalk replacement contract to B5 Contractor Services in the amount of $3,269 Monday night.

The sidewalks near the side of the township building by the clerk and manager door have settled, causing a trip hazard and slip hazard in winter months.

B5 Contractor Services will remove the existing sidewalk, eliminate the need for a step and install a trench drain to re-route water away from the building. The company will also haul away broken cement and repair any damage to the lawn on township property.
