Supper Made Simple, with Personal Chef Cathy Ferrara

Try a fresh, simple, preservative-free approach to cooking at the Brighton Library.

Take the worry out of planning your next meal. Join us at the Brighton District Library for “Cooking with Chef Cathy” Tuesday, February 12 from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Join personal chef Cathy Ferrara, owner of Supper Made Simple, who will show you how to make every meal a simple pleasure by using fresh vegetables, berries and grains.

Chef Cathy will prepare quick recipes for taste testing including quinoa, an ancient grain high in protein and an alternative to potatoes and rice, and provide culinary tips about food and cooking.

A premiere member of the United States Personal Chef Association(USPCA), Chef Cathy offers cooking classes and finds sharing her love of food and cooking rewarding. “I believe cooking is my gift. It is truly my passion. I am happiest when I am in the kitchen. Cooking does light a fire within my heart,” said Ferrara.
