"It's a fantasy story with a great moral principle behind it," he said. "Plus it's so well known, has a broad audience in terms of age range and will just be a fun show to do. Additionally, we feel it will showcase well the talents of our entire team."

Holowicki said this show will be very different from Legally Blonde.

"We also have some technological tricks up our sleeves to pull off some of the 'Magic' that happens in this show to bring the fantasy to life," he said.

Auditions will be held the first week of January, after the students return from Christmas break. Rehearsals will begin immediately following selection of the cast.

Show dates are set for April 26-28 and May 2-5 at the Brighton Center for Performing Arts.
