Karen is a public speaker, comic, and author, as well as the founder and director for the highly acclaimed improvisational comedy troupe 'Totally Unrehearsed Theatre.' For the last 15 years, Bell-Brege has performed for, and trained hundreds of corporations, health care organizations, and associations.

Karen incorporates the importance of laughter with the skills of improvisation. She leaves her audiences laughing, while providing the guidance and the tools that are needed for a more creative, resourceful, fun-filled life.
