SELCRA Has All Your Fun Summer Activities

Did you know that July is National Parks and Recreation Month? SELCRA offers an abundant amount of opportunities for you and your family to get out and be active year round. This summer SELCRA has teamed up with the Downtown Development Authority to bring you the Summer Series at the Mill Pond! This past Saturday people enjoyed games, activities, arts and crafts, and a magic show by Professor Steve Zieman. Thank you to everyone who came out and enjoyed the sun, games, and entertainment!

If you missed this past weekend you will have one more chance to hang out at the Mill Pond for a day of FREE entertainment: Saturday, Aug. 25 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. is Wild Safari Day! You can come see a large variety of exotic animals from around the world. It is more than just a show, it is hands-on and spectators will get a chance to be a part of the show! After you enjoy the animals from the Wild Safari Day you can visit our supporters Jack’s Custard and OhMyLolli for a tasty treat!
