Chamber Promotes Workplace Wellness

The Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to a "Workplace Wellness" visitation at Hamburg Fitness Center & Camp Wednesday, May 25 from 1:30-3 p.m.  

Discover how easy it is to start a healthier lifestyle this spring. Take a walk on the beautiful outdoor trails and promote health and wellness from outside to in.

One of the fitness specialists will discuss healthy food choices that will make you feel great, more energetic, stronger and full of life.

Do dress comfortably; a light snack will be provided.
