The Brighton City Council, in coordination with Corrigan Construction, volunteer group Friends of the Imagination Station and The Department of Public Services, has been able to dramatically accelerate the time table and move the re-opening of the Imagination Station from the Spring of 2012 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 29.
The grand re-opening will include games for children, sidewalk chalk, hidden tokens in the park redeemable for free lollipops from Oh My Lolli! (just like they do at Easter), free custard samples from Jack's Custard and more!
Other Oh My Lolli! activities will include:

- balloons
The event is set to coordinate with the last day of Brighton’s Farmers Market and will preceed Brighton’s first annual Tridge-or-Treat Halloween event (provided by SELCRA in partnership with The Brighton Area Fire Department), which will be centered around the park from 5-7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31.
The renovation and rejuvination of the Imagination Station has been carried out with great care to make sure that all Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) standards have been met and that all concerns for public health and safety have been fully addressed.
