John Rogucki Memorial Kensington Challenge

The 28th annual John Rogucki Memorial Kensington Challenge 2011 takes place Saturday, Sept. 17 starting and ending at Maple Beach in Kensington Metropark, Milford.

Events, which include a 5K at 9 a.m. and a 15K at 9:15 a.m. are non-refundable. ChampionChip Timing is being handled by Gault Race Management.

Online deadline to sign up is Thurs., Sept. 15, at 4 p.m.

Those who register by Sept. 8 will receive a high-quality sweatshirt. Late registration/packet pick-up at Runnin' Gear is from 3:30-7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept 16.

Cost for registration:

  • 5K & 15K $30 thru Aug. 31
  • $35 after Aug. 31

On race day: Cash or checks only please.

Clydesdales weigh-in race day.

Awards for the 5K and 15K races include: overall male and female winners, masters winners, grand masters winners and senior grand masters winners.

Awards also will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each five-year age group.

Clydesdale: Top three finishers in the 7 divisions.
